This is the first step we must take to form an East Mountain CERT. It is about training individuals that are interested in being instructors for the CERT classes. It is for individuals that wish to perpetuate an East Mountain CERT. It is ONLY for individuals that are willing to give of their time and volunteer to train other citizens in CERT. You must submit your drivers license and link to background information through the website at cabq.gov/emergency. You should also have completed ICS 100 and ICS 700 OSHA training.
